GAUPA was founded in 2015 after taking over the activities of Royal Joint, which had been manufacturing engine seals in Morocco since 1984 and had partnered from 2002 to 2010 with the equipment manufacturer Meillor Corteco. GAUPA was thus able to benefit from the transfer of know-how and skills developed over several decades by Royal Joint and its international partner.
Its plant produces a wide range of gaskets for engines of light and utility vehicles, meeting the quality specifications defined by the Manufacturers. Its Management, attentive to market and technological developments, has set up a fluid and reliable logistics system ranging from supplying raw materials and various inputs to delivering to the end customer.
GAUPA’s objective is the continuous improvement of its products to meet its customers’ requirements, whether they are large distribution brands in Morocco or its customers abroad and mainly in Africa.
What We Do Best
Attentive to market and technological developments, its Management has set up a fluid and reliable logistics system ranging from supplying raw materials and various inputs to delivering to the end customer.
GAUPA’s objective is the continuous improvement of its products to meet its customer’s requirements, whether they are large distribution brands in Morocco or its customers abroad and mainly in Africa.

We Believe in Quality Workmanship
Thanks to adequate installations and up-to-date equipment, and relying on a team with more than twenty years of experience forged in various metal and rubber processing trades, GAUPA has the necessary assets to carry out the work, including metal cutting and stamping, processing of rubbers, cutting of sheets of paper, rubber, and cork, as well as assembly and packaging.
Superior Quality for Unmatched Performance
Since its inception, GAUPA has been working to expand its range of items and improve its production system to meet the growing demands of various gaskets in metal, lingerie, paper, cork, and rubber, designed by car manufacturers to resist the thermodynamic constraints of increasingly efficient engines.
GAUPA’s production program encompasses hundreds of types of seals for engines, compressors, and other applications. Our products are available both individually and in kits, catering to various vehicle types, including passenger cars, trucks and buses, agricultural vehicles, as well as stationary engines.
Thanks to ongoing research for new materials and inputs from top global suppliers, we offer a range of products of quality equivalent to that of original spare parts. Easily disassembled, our products provide excellent sealing even at high temperatures and are available individually or in kits.
Reliability and Performance for Your Engines
This is the flagship product of our production, essential for the proper functioning of the engine. It ensures strict separation between the oil circuit, the water circuit, and the combustion chamber, while allowing the passage of screws or studs between the cylinder head and the cylinder block.
Additionally, the cylinder head gasket is one of the most important parts of the engine. It is essential to keep it in perfect condition and not to wait for the engine to fail before replacing it if it shows signs of aging.
Optimal Seal and Protection for Your Engine
Rocker covers are the tilting covers of the internal combustion engine, bolted to the rocker arms. They serve to conserve the oil that allows the intake and exhaust valves to function and keep it free from dirt.
They are obtained by the injection/compression rubber molding process; They are cut from sheets of joint paper or cork mixed with rubber.
Contributing to Your Vehicle’s Reliability
They ensure the tightness of the crankcase which is a part including the piston liners, the connecting rod-crank system, and other mechanical components, constituting the engine block of an internal combustion engine.
The crankcase gasket is made from rubber by molding or from sheets of paper or cork (mixed with rubber) by cutting.
